Our Services & Approach

Assessment and Root cause Analysis

We start with a comprehensive assessment—evaluating your mobility, strength, balance, cognition, and fatigue.

This session is not time-bound, allowing us to thoroughly assess and tailor our approach.

We will evaluate your rehabilitation needs to establish short-term (3 months), medium-term (6 months to 1 year), and long-term (>1 year) goals.

Following the assessment, you will receive a summary of goals and a treatment plan.

Targeted Exercises

We use hands-on techniques such as soft tissue and joint mobilisation and spasticity management to reduce stiffness and improve comfort.

We regularly review and adapt assistive mobility devices for optimal safety and function. Our programs focus on balance, mobility, and managing spasticity, fatigue, and neuropathic pain for your long-term recovery and wellbeing.
